DELIVERY INFORMATION

Enjoy free delivery on orders over $50, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs.

For bulky or heavy items weighing more than 5 lbs, additional shipping fees may apply. Items are typically delivered Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm, within 5 business days. Certain couriers may deliver sooner or later. We’ll send you an email with tracking information once your item has left our warehouse.

For standard deliveries, we work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

CHARGES FOR STANDARD USA DELIVERY

For orders under $50, standard delivery costs $5.99.

We use USPS for standard USA orders. Items are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm.

USA EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES AND INFORMATION

Express delivery (1-2 working days) costs $12.99.

We use UPS and FedEx for express orders. Items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm.

Please note: Any orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be delivered by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – EXCLUSIONS

Please note that express delivery applies to working days only. Bank holidays and weekends are excluded from delivery times. Our couriers aim to deliver the next working day, but deliveries to certain remote areas may take longer.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can email us to request a cancellation, and we’ll do our best to stop the order from being dispatched. However, once an order has been placed, it may not always be possible to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process (see the Returns Policy for more details).
