Returns Policy
If you change your mind or need a different size or product variation, returning an item to us is easy. Please contact us via email.
Include the item(s) being returned, the quantity, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).
Please post the items to the following address:

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is returned to us. We highly recommend obtaining a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.
WHAT MERCHANDISE CAN I RETURN?
Full-Priced Items
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any full-priced items for a full refund. Alternatively, you can return the items for an online credit or exchange within 14 days.
Sale Items
You can return any sale items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You also have up to 30 days to return sale items for an online credit or exchange.
Please ensure that all returned items are unused, unwashed, and include the original tags.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page.
If returned goods are found to be used, damaged, or mishandled, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or return the item back to you.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL I RECEIVE BACK?
You will be refunded the full amount paid for the items. If you purchased an item with a discount or offer and no longer meet the conditions of the offer, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 days during busy periods.
